2 Vintage Lamps Majestic Fiberglass Shades Retro Atomic 31 Tall MCM Mid Century

  

For the past several years we have been assisting a very kind, elderly local businessman liquidate his store inventory. He recently passed away and we are now working with his family to help them clean out his home (that was packed with high quality items including a bunch of vintage housewares, vintage unworn shoes and vintage clothes).

These 2 lamps are part of his mid-century modern decor in the time capsule home. Black lacquer like finish over what we think is wood with metal aged brass like accents. Each lamp holds 1 bulb. Fiberglass shades, on a metal frame with laced detail.

The shade screws onto the lamp with 1 knob. 31 tall with the shade on. About 10" wide and 13" deep.

The shades have a swirly like pattern on them. There are some light knicks to the lamps from age and storage. We've heard these called Majestic style lamps. We've never seen this shape of shade or lamp -- we love them and hope you will too.
