Midcentury Modern / Eames era. Dimensions: Height 15.5 inches; Width (widest part) 17.5 inches. Condition: No rips or tears. Surface dirt on top and bottom of shade. Dent on one side approximately 1 inch in length. THE ITEM WAS LISTED AS "ORIGINAL VINTAGE" but THERE ARE NO MARKINGS ON THE SHADE TO KNOW FOR SURE. I tried to find out if there were any markings, etc. The manufacturers used, but didn't find any answers online.
