Pair of vintage baroque style porcelain figurine lamps with porcelain shades

  

Beautiful matching pair of porcelain figurine lamps with matching porcelain lampshades. The figures, a man courting a woman, are dressed in a French baroque style in white porcelain with delft blue florals and accents. In addition, there are other accents done in 22K gold.

There are no makers mark, but they were most likely made in Japan in the 1960's. In excellent condition, no chips or cracks, though there is a slight factory made flaw at the front of the lamp on the left, it appears to have been dented prior to glazing. There is also one shade support arm loose, but does not impede the shades intended position. (Please refer to the last two photographs for these 2 issues) There is no other damage, and both are in excellent working order.

There is an in-line switch on both power cords. 20" tall and the figurine portion is 9.5".

7" wide and 6" deep. The shade is 9 wide at the bottom. A pair of lamps with matching shades such as this, to have survived unscathed through it's decades of life is getting harder and harder to find.
