Antiques, Fine Art & Collectibles. Vintage Pair 1930s Art Deco Style French Table Lamps Glass Shade Desk Lighting. DESCRIPTION Vintage 1930's Art Deco pair of French desk lamps. Made from chrome and polished black stems this pair of French desk lamps retain their original plugs, cloth cord and etched glass shades. The acid etched shades are decorated with a simple symmetrical pattern throughout and are held in place by the counter sunk metal ferrule on the inside. The lamps can be switched on via the yellow button on the bottom of the plinth.

Both of these lamps are wired for European standards and will either need to be rewired for US use or with a converter. A great early birthday, holiday or housewarming gift. This would make a great addition to any Art Deco lighting collection, French or Chrome aged style property. MEASUREMENTS Each lamp with shades measures 16" tall by 9" wide by 9 deep and weighs 3lb 4oz. CONDITION Lamps are in good working condition with no apparent damage.

There is some evidence of light pitting on the chrome and they will need either to be rewired or a converter used to work in the USA (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description). Yesteryear Essentials is a local, independent family run antiques store in Los Angeles, CA.
