Vintage Sanderson'Allegro' 1950's/60's floral linen fringed 15 lampshade
This is a beautiful medium sized lampshade in Sanderson'Allegro' linen fabric dating from the 1950's/1960's. A gorgeous maximalist floral bursting with roses, peonies and iris. The lampshade is constructed using traditional stretching and sewing techniques with the fabric handsewn to the original vintage double scalloped frame. It in white fire retardant fabric which will allow light through to illuminate the fabric design.
The lampshades fabrics are treated with a flame proof solution. The lampshade is hand-finished with quality trimmings. The shade is 15" diameter at the base and 14 " high (including fringe) and is suitable for a table lamp or smal standard lamp. The style of shade sits on a cradle (gimble), please let me know if you don't have one in place.
