Amazing 1940s / 1950s Vintage Hand Painted Boudoir Lamp Shade Immaculate
An amazing French vintage 1940s / 1950s hand painted vellum boudoir lampshade signed by the artist. I have never seen anything quite like them, beautiful colors with mustard and deep orange on the body of the shade and delicately painted with flowers, and on the front a water scene with 2 black swans in the centre panel. The seams are trimmed in a ols gold coloured metallic braid, and all round the bottom wonderful glass beaded fringe. Its a good size and measures 13" high inc fringe and 18.5" wide at the bottom and 12 deep a super vintage piese signed by the artist and I assure you that you wont see another like it.
