This vintage pre owned shade is very rare and will fit a 12 inch opening. There are a few imperfections (bubbles/marks) that were from manufacturing and act to the beautiful character of this item.

A very slight have at the top (pictured as best as I could - barely noticeable) that appears to be inside of the glass. This could have been from manufacturing as well.
