Antique Art Nouveau cast metal parrot table lamp with bird cage style shade. On and Off turning switch on base top. As shown in the last photo, on the back of the lamp, the lower portion of the glass ball, where it meets the metal base, has a chip. Appears that the wiring has been replaced at one time.
