13.5 wide at top. 17.5 wide at bottom. These are a rare find from the 1960's or maybe even 1950's. They are soundly made, with a hard plastic interior and fabric exterior.
Most of it is ivory white, but the tops and bottoms have beige white and green fabric in a ruffled pattern. While not perfect, they're pretty good for their age and size. They have several small faint stains that you have to look for, and some random dark marks here and there. The most obvious one looks like someone was careless with a red pen. The fourth picture shows one shade with a 3.5 long rippled section, as if the fabric wasn't completely taut on that part when it was made.
