Pair of Large Carnival Glass Lamps with Turquoise Velvet Shades, vintage, 1950s

  
The pictures don't do them justice. This listing is for an extra large pair of Carnival glass table lamps. They appear white at first glass, but upon moving around them you will notice an iridescent rainbow effect over the surface. A solid brass base and neck leading to the harp add to the ornate detail. I've paired these with some fabulous, turquoise blue, crushed velvet drum shades. They have gilded ribbon detail on the top and bottom. This pair would be so lovely on a large dresser or flanking a midcentury sofa.

This combination is one of a kind! No chips or cracks in the lamps. Please note, they include original wiring. The shades are in great shape, just some of the plastic on the inside as chipped a bit on the edge.

This is not noticeable from the outside. Please see photos for detail. The lamps themselves measure 31" tall from base to top of harp and 16" wide. Shade measures 16.5" wide x 23" tall. Total height with shade: 34.

Each lamp and shade will need it's own box, so a total of four boxes will need to be delivered. I won't know the exact cost until they are packed and I know the destination.
