Set Of 3 Vintage Atomic MID Century Ceramic & Fiberglass Shade Lamps

  

This is a matched set of three 3 embossed ceramic and metal base mid century electric lamps with fiberglass shades. The large or center lamp is 21-1/2 tall to the top of the original metal finial, 14 wide x 6-1/2 at the capped metal feet. The shade is 9 high x 15 long x 7 at the base and tapers to 13-1/2 x 5-1/2 at the top.

The matching side lamps are 21 tall to the top of the clip-on bulb shade and 6 x 6 at the capped metal feet. The shades are 10-1/2 tall, 5-1/2 x 5-1/2 at the base and tapers to 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 at the top. Each shade has a tree branch design on all of the sides.

The ceramic center section of the smaller lamps has an embossed flower on one side only with a projected panel on two other sides. The large lamp has a double embossed flower and a wavy center section.

CONDITION: in as found condition with no damage to the shades or original lacing at the top and bottom of the shades. There is a little age appropriate fading of the red coloring but very minor. The metal legs were painted black and show some minor wear but all have the original black base caps.

The ceramic sections are free from any damage or cracks on the surface but one of the small lamps has a chip on the bottom. It does not show on the outside and it is on the back side of the lamp. The electric push-thru switches all work nicely and cords look original. One end plug looks to have been replaced. There is age appropriate wear to the shade frames and the black finial on the large lamp is original.
