This is a fine Victorian Blue top edge to White Opalescent Glass Bullseye pattern Fluted top Oil Lamp, Electric Lamp or Fixture Gas Shade, circa 1880s+. Measures 4&3/4 inches tall, 4&7/8 inches wide at the flared fitter base, and the top diameter is 9&1/4 inches wide at the fluted top outer edge. Nicer than my pictures can show.
