Lamp does have wear, not mint. Looks like one or two of the inner glass parts were replaced, hence one not frosted. No instructions on how to assemble. Make sure you know a little about lamp assembly. Wear should be expected for age. Lightly cleaned, could use more cleaning. If You really need this item.
