Vintage Pair French Boudoir Lamps Porcelain Roses Flowers Leaves With Lamp Shades. Every item I sell is 100% authentic. A gorgeous and very tall pair of vintage French boudoir lamps in candlestick form with shades. They are skillfully hand painted. The colors are green, pink and white, with hand painted pink roses and gilding separating each color.

The bases have little hand-painted porcelain roses on wires, and they sit amongst the detailed leaves. The roses are in various shades of mauve and white to off-white. The lamps are are very feminine, and the bases have a little wave and lift that makes them even more appealing.

You can see it best when looking at the bases from the side (photo 7). The wires are somewhat adjustable, so you can arrange the roses to your liking.

The bottom of the lamps have four bun feet. They elevate the lamp just enough to allow you to see the beautiful decoration in the brass, just below the porcelain.

The candlesticks were made in spiral fashion. I believe they are brass, and they also have a nice patina. The lamp shades are contemporary higher-end replacements, and they pair well with the lamps. The shades have little roses side by side, all along both the tops and the bottoms.

They are lined in a gorgeous damask fabric , and they provide the perfect amount of low light for the boudoir. The original silk wrapped electrical cords are in perfect condition, and they work very well. Weve used them without any electrical issues whatsoever.

That being said, I always recommend rewiring all vintage lighting. Width : 4 ½ across the base. Height : 17 from the bottom of the base to the top of the shade.

The lamps are in very good vintage working condition, with the exception of some chipping to three of the largest roses. Given the rarity of a pair of lamps of this style, it is not very objectionable.

I package all of my items meticulously. What a fantastic pair of vintage boudoir lamps! Please view ALL PHOTOS as they are part of the description. My home is smoke free. That being said, I always recycle packaging, so there is no guarantee that the packaging is smoke free. I have a 6 pound dog and one cat, but they dont play near vintage and antique items.
