Vintage Late 70s - early 80s. Jute / Burlap Pleated Material. Exterior is in lovely condition. Interior, has hints of bumps where the glue was placed to secure the jute exterior to the internal cone shade (This is not visible through the jute exterior). 8 W across the top. 18.25 W across the bottom.
