Vintage, Retro, Gothic, 3 Light, Triple Hanging Swag Lamp, Green, Amber, Shades

  

Up for sale is this beautiful, hanging triple or 3 light, swag lamp. The lamp is marked inside the shade holders 1975. It comes with 2 amber glass globes and 1 green glass globe, with a motif design. There are 3 top shade holders that have a design on them and are all original and are hung from metal chains.

On the bottom of the globes are long, ornate, metal finials. Each light measures 12" tall (from top globe finial to bottom of globe finial) and 6" in diameter. The lights hang at staggered lengths of chains, at 11", 23" and 31 long from the arm piece to the bottom of the glass shade finial.

There are 3 metal, ornate, gothic, medieval style, arms that hold the shades and chains that mount onto a center column. It takes 3 regular style light bulbs 60 watts or less. I like to use clear bulbs because you can't see them in the shades.

On the top of the center column is a 15 foot chain and electrical cord (which plugs into a wall outlet). On the chain is a hi-low, on/off switch, so you can dim the lights or make them bright.

Because this is a swag lamp it can be hung anywhere in any room and just plug it into any wall outlet. The swag lamp is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It does show tarnish that has a great patina and some pitting which gives it a great look. It has been completely gone through, cleaned, new wiring, new sockets and new switch. It is ready to be hung and used.

This really is a wonderful hanging triple swag lamp and would look great in a Retro, Vintage or Hollywood Regency or Goth Gothic decor!
