Up on offer here is this 1930s reclaimed vintage antique industrial Holophane lantern light; ready to install! Fantastic piece of period lighting.. "Genuine Antique piece with lots of historic appeal". Marked HOLOPHANE QE 200, this is an industrial fitting, street lighting, shops, factories etc.

Complete with original convex textured surface HOLOPHANE Diffuser in original lockable metal rim. Original industrial two-part cast metal gallery with original twin locking bolts. Note: Whereas an average gallery, chain, and ceiling plate on an average lantern would normally weigh approx. 100g, on this Holophane lantern they weigh 1.1KG. Original stamped ceramic bulb holder in perfect condition.

Both prismatic shade and gallery are factory stamped; shade also has "QE 200" product identifier. Fully restored, wired, tested, and in perfect order: Parts added during restoration. 1930s heavy bronze period ceiling plate. Ready to install, no other parts required.

Will make a fantastic display in both modern, and deco themed environments. The lantern is in beautiful period condition with a charming aging look and no known faults, couple of tiny fleabites under the gallery, invisible when fitted, just mentioned for total accuracy.
