Antique Vintage Slag Glass and Metal 8 Panel Scroll Ornate Lamp & Shade

  

Stunning 8 panel slag glass lamp & shade found in an old attic here in NJ at an old estate sale. Scroll accent on each panel and vertical stripe metal detail on shade at seam of each panel. 8 panel style; please see pics.

Height of lamp is approximately 24. Shade opening at bottom is 19" across x 8" high.

Beautiful lamp but does have some replacement parts which include this has been re-wired as well as has replacement sockets where bulbs screw in. Bulbs will not be included. Also I think the bottom of the base of lamp and bottom of cap that shade sides on have been repainted in a gold color as they are bright gold not like the finish on the rest of the lamp which has a weathered bronze look in coloring.

There are also a few minor bends to the metal on the shade as well as a split (please see pic) at the bottom of one of the accents around bottom of shade. I have not cleaned this in any way so would benefit from a good and careful cleaning. Looks so beautiful lit you will love this piece! Please also note that the silver bulb replacement sockets get very hot as time passes so the wiring may need to be checked / redone; I'm not sure how hot this is supposed to get but they get very hot and wanted to mention this.
