Vintage PAIR of Chalkware Dancer Lamps Original Crushed Velvet Pagoda shades

  

This funky, hip pair of chartreuse and green chalkware, plaster ballet dancer lamps from the midcentury era scream cool. They come with their original gold crushed velvet and brown chenille trimmed pagoda shaped shades which are painted a chartreuse green underneath. They are topped with original glass ball finials.

These lamps would look fab flanking a midcentury cabinet or in your tiki bar or retro den. You've got to have these! They are in excellent vintage condition with a couple of tiny nicks, barely noticeable. The shellac gloss finish has yellowed in some areas due to the age. They have not been repainted.

The crushed velvet shades are in miraculous condition. Zoom in for a good look. They have been lovingly enjoyed and cared for by the same owner for almost seventy years.

They need to be rewired. The other lamp works but I recommend rewiring. 28" to finial 18 1/2" height of statues 26 length of shades--they're long!
