OVERALL CONDITION OF LAMP IS GOOD - SMALL AMOUNT OF WEAR ON BRASS and WOOD. NO BREAK OR TEARS IN THE SHADES. THE LAMP MEASURES 35 TALL. AND STANDS 22 FROM THE WALL. THE TOP SHADE MEASURES 17 1/2" long x 6" deep x 8 1/4 wide. THE BOTTOM SHADE MEASURES 12!
