Pair Vintage 1980's Green Silk Pleated Empire Lampshades with Fringe 11.5 Tall. DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a classic pair of Empire-style lampshades dating from the mid-1980s. The shades were custom ordered by our consignor through her interior designer in New York and embody a timeless, traditional aesthetic. Each shade features an elegant Empire form and is crafted from richly pleated green silk. They are finished with coordinating two-tone green fringe and white silk-lined interiors, adding both depth and refinement to their appearance.

The shades display a pleasing, time-earned patina that evokes the relaxed elegance of an "English Country House" interior and would make a handsome addition to a traditional or eclectic décor. CONDITION: Good, used vintage condition, with display wear and patina commensurate with age. Both shades show some sun fading, with one noticeably more faded than the other. There are also a few snags and minor tears present. Please review all photographs carefully for a complete understanding of condition. DIMENSIONS: each 11.5" in height, 18.5" in diameter.
