Gilbert Softlite 70s Acrylic Mushroom Lamp Black Base Red Shade, MCM. Lamp shade tends to lean, its actually quiet annoying. I have forcefully bent it into position, but with the slightest movement it goes crocked again.
I bit of super glue may fix the issue. The bottom of shade has a jagged edge to it, looks like its a factory flaw.
The lamp has some light scratching. Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition. All electronics in this store are designed for Canadian power outlets.
