VTG 50s MAJESTIC Z BOOMERANG LAMP FIBERGLASS SHADES MID CENTURY MODERN RETRO

  
For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage MAJESTIC "Z" boomerang lamp with its original accompanying fiberglass shades. It dates back to the 1950s. The base is constructed of black lacquered wooden accent pieces that are nestled in between the curvy brass rods that make up the base. The fiberglass shades are the typical nicotine color with random black and gold painted designs throughout. Measurements: With the shades attached, the lamp stands approx. 26.5 tall x 22.5 wide. Each of the fiberglass shades measures approx. 14" in diameter x 4" tall.

The wedge-shaped base measures approx. 11.25" wide x 6.5" deep x 2.25 tall at it's maximum height. The brass shows a patina that is commensurate with age.

The black wooden boomerang accents show minor signs of wear (see photos) - nothing all that bad. The fiberglass shades are free from holes. There is 3 burn marks on the top shade. The black whipstitch lacing all appears in nice shape some breaks in the. The electrical wiring is in good condition - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc.
